As a photographer and storyteller, I am deeply interested in people, places, and memory. My work is informed by my multicultural background and a decade spent living and traveling in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. I am drawn to people, their culture, beliefs, and environment. I want to create work that informs and sparks meaningful conversations about the complexities of our world, emphasizing the transformative power of hope and the potential for collective growth.

During my travels, I have used my camera as an open door to the world, embracing the spontaneous moments and forging new connections. It is the people and places I encountered along the way that drew me into photography and storytelling; they are the heart and soul of my journey, shaping my understanding of photography and life itself.

  • "Photography for me is not looking, it's feeling. If you can't feel what you're looking at, then you're never going to get others to feel anything when they look at your pictures."

    Don McCullin

  • "There is one thing a photograph must contain, the humanity of the moment."

    Robert Frank

  • "A picture is a secret about a secret. The more it tells you the less you know."

    Diane Arbus

  • "My life is shaped by the urgent need to wander and observe, and my camera is my passport."

    Steve McCurry
